How shipping works

We ship to Canada using tracked international mail, and the cost is based on the total weight of your order. Because almost everything we carry is small and light — a handful of pens, a notebook or two, some stickers and most orders land in the first couple of tiers.

A note on free shipping

We want to be upfront with you: we aren't able to offer free shipping to Canada just yet, and we're sorry about that.

Sending a parcel across the border simply costs more than shipping within the US — there's customs handling, longer routes, and international carrier fees baked in. Rather than quietly padding our product prices to hide those costs, we'd rather keep our prices honest and show you the real shipping cost at checkout. The rates above are set close to what it actually costs us to get your order to you, not a penny more for profit.

It's not the answer we wish we could give, and free shipping to Canada is absolutely something we're working toward as our orders grow. The moment we can make it happen, you'll be the first to know.
