We ship anywhere in the United States — all 50 states, Washington DC, US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses worldwide. We also ship to Canada. Other international destinations aren't available yet.

Continental US: $5.95 on orders under $15, $4.95 on orders from $15 to $34.99, and FREE on orders of $35 or more. APO, FPO and DPO military addresses: the same rates as the continental US, including free shipping at $35. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: USPS Priority Mail, priced by package weight. Up to 1 lb is $13.95, 1 to 3 lb is $23.95, 3 to 6 lb is $41.95, 6 to 10 lb is $64.95, 10 to 20 lb is $114.95, and 20 lb and over is $184.95. There is no free shipping threshold for these destinations. Canada: priced by package weight, from $19.00 for up to half a pound to $47.00 for 3 lb and over. There is no free shipping threshold for Canada, and any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Your exact shipping cost is always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are processed and shipped from our Chicago location within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. After that, transit time depends on where you are. Continental US orders travel USPS Ground, 3 to 5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories travel USPS Priority Mail, 5 to 10 business days. APO, FPO and DPO military addresses travel USPS Military Mail, 10 to 21 business days. Canadian orders ship on the same processing schedule, but transit time varies by destination and can be extended by customs processing.

Email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we can correct it. After that, the order may already be processing.

You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If you have an account, you can also see it under My Orders. If tracking shows delivered and the package is not where you expect, check the address on your order, ask anyone else at the address, look at the usual hiding spots, and check with your local post office, since carriers sometimes scan a parcel before the final drop.
