1. WHERE WE SHIP
West Beverly Sales LLC currently ships to: All fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia; U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands); APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses worldwide.
We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States and its territories.
2. CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (Lower 48 + DC)
Orders ship via USPS Ground (3–5 business days): Under $15.00 — $5.95 shipping; $15.00–$34.99 — $4.95 shipping; $35.00 or more — FREE SHIPPING.
3. ALASKA, HAWAII & U.S. TERRITORIES
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Rates by total order weight: Up to 1 lb — $13.95; 1 lb to 3 lb — $23.95; 3 lb to 6 lb — $41.95; 6 lb to 10 lb — $64.95; 10 lb to 20 lb — $114.95; 20 lb and over — $184.95.
4. APO / FPO / DPO (MILITARY ADDRESSES)
APO/FPO/DPO orders ship via USPS Military Mail (10–21 business days): Under $15.00 — $5.95; $15.00–$34.99 — $4.95; $35.00 or more — FREE.
5. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within one to two (1–2) business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
6. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We do not currently ship outside the United States and its territories. Contact shane@westbeverlysales.com with subject "International Shipping List" to be notified when available.
7. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses. Address corrections must be requested within one (1) hour at shane@westbeverlysales.com.
8. TRACKING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon transfer to the carrier.
9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE SHIPMENTS
