Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with West Beverly Sales LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Chicago, Illinois. By placing an order through westbeverlysales.com, you acknowledge and accept this Shipping Policy.
1. Where We Ship
West Beverly Sales LLC currently ships to:
1) All fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia;
2) U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands);
3) APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses worldwide;
4) Canada (10 Providences and 3 Territories)
We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States, its territories, or Canada.
2. Continental United States
Orders ship via USPS Ground (3–5 business days): Under $15.00 — $5.95 shipping; $15.00–$34.99 — $4.95 shipping; $35.00 or more — FREE SHIPPING.
3. Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Rates by total order weight: Up to 1 lb — $13.95; 1 lb to 3 lb — $23.95; 3 lb to 6 lb — $41.95; 6 lb to 10 lb — $64.95; 10 lb to 20 lb — $114.95; 20 lb and over — $184.95.
4. APO / FPO / DPO
APO/FPO/DPO orders ship via USPS Military Mail (10–21 business days): Under $15.00 — $5.95; $15.00–$34.99 — $4.95; $35.00 or more — FREE.
5. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within one to two (1–2) business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
6. International Customers
We do not currently ship outside the United States, its territories, and Canada. Contact shane@westbeverlysales.com with subject "International Shipping List" to be notified when available.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses. Address corrections must be requested within one (1) hour at shane@westbeverlysales.com.
8. Tracking & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon transfer to the carrier.
9. Damaged Shipments
See our Returns and Refund Policy. Notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.
