West Beverly Sales LLC ("West Beverly Sales," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the rights you have regarding your personal information when you visit westbeverlysales.com (the "Site") or purchase merchandise from us. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described below.

Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor (Wix Payments and/or third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal) and are not stored on our servers. We receive limited transaction information including a confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card used, and the cardholder name and billing address.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other state residents have specific rights under their respective state privacy laws. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR; however, we currently ship only within the United States and its territories.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Typical retention periods are: order records — seven (7) years (for tax and accounting purposes); account information — until account deletion; marketing preferences — until you opt out.
8. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
We may send you marketing emails about products, promotions, and store news if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing shane@westbeverlysales.com. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, customer service responses) are not promotional and cannot be opted out of while you have an active order or account.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site is not intended for use by children under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to us may contact shane@westbeverlysales.com.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, and misuse. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is one hundred percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites; we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
12. INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Site is operated from the United States. We currently ship only to United States addresses (including territories and APO/FPO addresses). If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the bottom and, if changes are material, provide additional notice (such as an email or a prominent notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where preempted by applicable state or federal privacy law.
